Associated Drywall Partners of Indiana, formerly Drywall Contractors, Inc., our largest company, is primarily focused on drywall installation for single family as well as multi-family residential construction. Associated Drywall Partners of Indiana also has a sizeable service department for drywall repairs and remodel jobs. Associated Drywall Partners of Indiana projects encompass the greater Indianapolis area. The Drywall Contractors, Inc. name was changed to Associated Drywall Partners of Indiana to reflect the name we’re using as we expand to other parts of the country.
A&L Drywall was acquired by Associated Drywall Partners, Inc. on December 13, 2007. A&L has been known for it's commitment to quality and service working with many of the top builders in its markets. ADP shares that commitment and looks forward to continuing to build upon those relationships. A&L's business has become part of Associated Drywall Partners of Indiana.
Associated Drywall Partners Commercial, formerly Associated Commercial Interiors was established to provide the same level of service and attention to detail that has contributed to the continued growth at ADP of Indiana. Drywall Partners Commercial provides complete interior build outs for industrial, retail and commercial projects including both light gauge and load bearing metal framing, drywall, fiberglass insulation, acoustic ceilings and doors and hardware. Drywall Partners Commercial can also provide renovation and repair services for property managers. Its geographic market is also the greater Indianapolis area.
We established Associated Drywall Partners of Ohio, Associated Drywall Partners of Kentucky, Associated Drywall Partners of New York and Associated Drywall Partners of Florida to better serve these markets because of the significant number of projects in these areas. These Associated Drywall Partners companies concentrate on hotels, large multi family residential, and assisted living facilities.
In April 2008 we formed Associated Drywall Partners of Alabama and established a Southeast Division of the Company to concentrate on our growing market presence in this geographic region and to commit the necessary resources to meet the needs of our growing customer base.
We recognize time is money and every day a project is behind schedule is a missed revenue day for our customer. We continue to work with the same GCs year after year in state after state because we keep their projects on schedule and provide quality work. We also recognize that to stay on schedule requires trades working together as part of their team to solve problems and not to create dispute resolution opportunities.
